Abstract

Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) combined with laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS) was used for analysis of a pharmaceutically important class of isoquinoline alkaloids associated with bactericidal, fungicidal, insecticidal and antiviral activities.
