The development of diagnostic method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of farnesol and tyrosol as metabolism products of Candida albicans in biological samples using UHPLC-MS/MS

Abstract

Sensitive and selective UHPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of two quorum-sensing molecules, metabolism products of yeast fungus Candida albicans (farnesol and tyrosol), in biological matrices.
