Abstract
The thesis was focused on testing of biological activity of extracts and fractions from plant H. annuus. Setting-up the total amount of phenol substances with Folin-Ciocalteu reagent on chosen extracts and fractions was done.
Further the antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH radical on various extracts and dractions from this plant and antimycotic activity on 12 testing strains of fungi clans as well.
