Utilization of Pd-catalyzed reactions at synthesis of lactones

Abstract

A method for the preparation of 3,6-disubstituted pyranones, 3-monosubstituted pyranones and substituted gamma-alkylidenpentenolides was developed and final products were investigated for their cytostatic and antifungal activity.
