Abstrakt
Is 25 years of the Czech democracy a success or a fiasco? The author focuses on the flaws of the Czech political system, among them he mentions country's constitution (described as irrelevant for the modern Czech Republic) and the institutional weakness of the political parties. These two factors are given as the reasons for the increasing political and social crisis, which has discredited both individual politicians and the whole political parties in the eyes of the Czech citizens.
