Abstract
On 27 - 30 January 2011, we have a large expedition of Czech doctors dealing with the vaccine had the opportunity to attend the 1st International Conference on Controversies in Vaccination in Adults in Berlin. The meeting was attended by experts from 30 countries worldwide.
The main idea of the conference were the problems of routine vaccination in adults, but also their prospects for vaccination in the real future. Blocks have been conceived as a discussion of two experts, one of which featured arguments, including the positive aspects of vaccination and the second presented the possible ambiguities and controversial facts about the topic, followed by a guided discussion forum.
All communication was presented by some of the best experts in the field. We would try our contribution in this way at least to bring wider public some of the ideas that at the conference.
