Abstract
Medical laboratory work is reported in the range of its specialized activities absolutely indispensable and necessary in the diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care. These and many other reasons, impetus to the emergence of Czech Association of laboratory technicians (ČAZL), whose main objective is the development of the field of medical laboratory technician, optimization of the system of education and enforcement of adequate salary reviews.
In January 2011 ČAZL celebrate the first year of its creation, the result of a working collaboration between five professional societies and currently represents approximately 1,800 health technicians.
