Abstract

Between 1994 - 2007, a total of 132 children with acute leukemia were transplanted at out institution. Post-transplant relapse was documented in 42 patients.

Twelve of them underwent second allogeneic HSCT and six are alive and well. Second HSCT might be an option in management of patients treated for relapse of acute leukemia after allogeneic HSCT.
