Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of the vulva and warts of the external genitalia

Abstract
The recommendations presented in the article were created on the basis of the agreement of a panel of experts composed of representatives of the Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Section of the CGPS, the Oncogynecological Section of the CGPS and the Society of Czech Pathologists. The consensus was established at a meeting on the 12th of Bauer's day in November 2008, the prepared texts were modified based on comments from individual panel members and controversial moments were consulted with the plenary, which represented leading specialists of the Czech Republic in oncogynecology and cervical pathology, and confirmed by public voting.
