Abstract

The case study deals with the long-term observation of a young man who has been suffering from a huge cell granuloma since he was 9 years old. The granuloma, which caused swelling in the frontal area of the mandible, was surgically removed.

The recurrence of the disease took place in 3 years and was resolved surgically again. At the age of 18, the patient underwent prosthetic rehabilitation, including the application of dental implants and bridges.

Three-year monitoring confirmed the stability and effectiveness of the treatment.
