Abstract

Lower urinary tract is at risk during courses of gynaecological diseases and during their operative treatments due to anatomical vicinity of gynaecologic organs. Injuries of these organs lead to fistulas or urinary tract obstructions.

The aim of the management of injury consequences is rapid diagnosis and immediate reconstruction. Decisive factor is attention and readiness of a gynaecologist for the management of such complications.

In the chapter a systematic review of urological complications of gynaecologic operations, their diagnostics and treatment.
