Abstract
The text is intended primarily for postgraduate study , but undoubtedly will be like in the previous three editions to serve the students of medicine. It traditionally divided into two parts - general and special.
The general part includes information beyond the individual disciplines of internal medicine. Special chapters introduce the internal disease by internal sub-branches , will be complemented by the latest data from both the diagnosis and modern treatment.
