Hemophilia in childhood - a current view of the issue

Abstract

The article summarizes the current view on the issue of pediatric hemophilia. The care of pediatric hemophiliacs in the Czech Republic has a long tradition and currently reaches the level of developed countries.

The basic remedies remain substitution preparations FVIII and IX in the regime of home treatment and preventive treatment.
