Abstract
The communication discusses new preparation that come on the market in the Czech Republic in 2010. Targin is a drug in which contained two generic-oxykodon and naloxon.
Preparation is exceptional in that it has good opioid action and also contains the antagonistn opioid, which acts on intestinal mucous against obstipation. The remedy is a new quality of opioid of therapy.
