Abstract

Defect located in the central part of the atrial septum, the neoperovanou most common congenital heart defect that is diagnosed until adulthood. Occurs alone or with right-Holt-Oram syndromes, Noonan, Ellis-van Creveldova and alcoholism in the mother (fetal alcohol impairment).
