Abstract
Fluoroquinolones used in today's practice are characterized as bactericidal antibiotics with an activity against broad bacterial spectrum. For their pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics and low incidence of advert effects are among the frequently prescribed antibiotics.
The increasing consumption rate of these antibiotics leads to frequent occurence of resistance.
