Abstract
Czech Initiative for Asthma (CIPA) is a member of the Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) and is also a member of the Czech Alliance Against Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CARO). CIPA was established in 1996.
In all regions of the Czech Republic lecturers of the CIPA are active. At present CIPA starts new forms of activity, e.g. educative brochures for public.
A large scale project of education of teachers is ready to start.
