In all developed countries, we observe one trend: the ever earlier diagnosis of abnormal gestations due to the availability and technical advancement of ultrasonography. Thanks to the availability of gynecological care and the expansion of ultrasonography to diagnose early pregnancy and the availability of bleeding in the first trimester, rare diagnosis in the Czech Republic today is a "typical" form with increased division after 15 weeks of pregnancy, with thecalutein cysts, samples of preeclampsia, anemia, hyperthyroidism.
The evacuation of these pregnancies has been and is controlled by the risks of embolization, bleeding with coagulation disorders and the risk of cardiorespiratory failure.
