Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the feasibility and usefulness of intraoperative lymphatic mapping and sentinel lymph node identification in the management of early stage IA2 and small IB1 uterine cervical cancer. A second aim was to determine whether less excessive parametrial tissue removal in sentinel node negative patients is acceptable.
