Abstract
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a serious autosomal recessive disease. Many of our physicians are mistakenly or insufficiently informed about the nature of the disease, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, which should be corrected by this monograph, which is based on more than 40 years of experience of the main author and colleagues.
