Abstract

The increase of incidence of allergic diseases in last 10 years is quite evident. Consequently, we concentrate our research on its eventual causes.

It supposes to be related to the change of life style, which goes together with the increase of hygienic care, control of drinking water supply, pharmacotherapy, vaccination, but also with the change of board habits. The effects of various food products and its supplements are related to a lot of adverse reactions. 0n the other side, it provides certain possibility of specific favorable influence to mucous immunity and thereby to the state of health in total.

Even if a lot of health problems are connected to intake of specific food ingredients, it is important to add, that it is not always the allergy, which is the cause of given problem. We care a lot about a diet intervention and even if the research is on its very beginning, the first results are already evident.
