Abstract
We present a short image case report of direct stenting of an old coronary artery bypass with a narrow narrowing using distal protection. She was a 59 - year - old insulin diabetic, a hypertensive woman, with liver steatofibrosis, ischemic disease of the lower limbs, a condition after myocardial infarction with an ejection fraction of 30% and after surgical revascularization of the myocardium in 1992.
