Abstract

Localized lymphedema is usually caused by obstruction of lymphatic flow leading to characteristic changes in dermis and epidermis. We describe 18 additional cases of the genital area and correlate the clinical features with the histopathologic findings.

This disease may present to dermatologists; thus, it is beneficial for clinicians and dermatopathologists to be aware of this entity to avoid misdiagnosis.
