Primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma with diffuse CD30 expression: A report of 4 cases of a rare variant

Abstract

CD30 is expressed in aggressive systemic B-cell lymphomas, but it is rare in cutaneous B-cell lymphomas. An unusual variant of cutaneous follicle center lymphoma with CD30 expression by the majority of the tumor cells was identified.

CD301 cutaneous follicle center lymphoma represents a diagnostic pitfall and needs to be distinguished from aggressive B-cell lymphomas.
