Although § 229 paragraph. 4 of the Civil Procedure Code explicitly mentions only appeal (as an ordinary appeal) and admissibility of recourse (as an extraordinary remedy), there is no doubt that an nullity plea can contest the decision of the court even if the decision of the Civil Procedure Code covered in other remedies such as (mode of proper remedies) resistance against the payment order (resp. resistance against electronic payment order) and oppose note payment order. As in the case of an appeal, as in the case of these other remedies because it is always and only on the question of timeliness of that appeal, regardless of its designation.
