Abstract

The article amounts to a commented bibliographical guide thought practically all important domains of linguistics of the Ancient Chinese language from the earliest records (13th c. BCE) to late Han times (3rd c.

CE). It is sorted into up to 30 sections, each containing an overall overview for a better orientation and for relating the particular entries to each other, and usually eight or nine key publications with annotations.
