Apostle of the philosophers. A study to Paul's political theology and its reception in contemporary philosophy

Abstract

The book offers an interpretation of Paul's political thought on the background of current philosophy. The first part presents a methodological basis of the work, the second part deals with the three most important and influential interpretations of Paul in current non-christian philosophy: Jacob Taubes, Alain Badiou, Giorgio Agamben.

The author's own interpretation of Paul's political theology is offered in the third part of the book.
