Abstract
The paper discusses how in the Czech Republic since the nineties of the last century gradually introduced elements of the process to issue of uniform civil procedure. It focused on two things: to strengthen the procedural responsibilities of the parties in terms of burden of proof and the burden of proof and to establish concentration that prevents the litigants to drag out the proceedings delayed proposals.
