Post-Rural Words. Rethinking Rurality in the Context of Contemporary Central European Village

Abstrakt

Drawing on literature on rurality and ethnographic research in a Slovak village, we propose an alternative concept of post-rural worlds for conceptualizing contemporary (Central European) village, stressing the importance of rurality in the individual life projects of village inhabitants.
