The formation of systematic flood risk management in 18th century Bohemia and the oldest preserved flood instruction for Prague

Abstract

This paper is focused on my ongoing research of floods in and around the late 18th century and on analysis of the process that led to the implementation of systematic flood risk management in Bohemia. I focus mainly on the actions of the authorities, starting with the national ones and ending on the provincial level.
