Abstract
The theme of environmental chemical experiments is very interdisciplinary and extends into other educational areas and disciplines than only into chemistry. The paper mentions the situation of environmental education in grammar and secondary schools according to the representation of environmental topics and experiments that appear in textbooks.
For a better understanding of problems we have created the reservoir of suggestions for environmental experiments and other educational materials to support teaching and learning of environmental chemistry. Presented experiments can demonstrate the principles, origin, formation, prevention or solutions of various environmental problems.
As a part of the learning materials there are worksheets with different types of questions, tasks, work with text, information, etc. The main aim of materials is to create positive relationship with processes which you can see in nature.
