'Trasjanka' and 'českoslovenčina' (Czechoslovak) as discursive emic categories : history and current usage

Abstract

This study is a comparative analysis of the uses of the words "trasjanka" and "českoslovenčina" as categories of language mixing. The data come from naturally occuring Internet discourse, particularly websites.
