In our text we work with reflections of student teachers and novice teachers to five years experience. We study a shift of expectations that students have in relation to their future profession, to evaluate the current situation and the contribution that the profession has for them.
We follow a feeling of readiness to carry out certain kind of activities that will accompany future career. We're trying to find changes in views between students and novice teachers, which can be incentive to changes in undergraduate training.
