Abstract
The publication provides a comprehensive picture of modern psychiatric nursing care. The aim of this publication is to provide information to students discipline, teachers and professionals on current trends in nursing care for patients in psychiatry.
The book presents a cross-section of psychiatric nursing from past to present, through the issue of mental health, the current organization of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic, symptoms of mental disorders, nursing care for people with mental disorders to the role of a nurse in psychiatry with its current powers.
