Abstract
Now the emphasis is on lifelong learning and development for teaching staff. This activity is also defined legislatively.
This paper therefore focuses on the new direction for the development of teaching staff - develop in the workplace. The theoretical part defines the term development within the ambit of HR activities and it further clarifies the specific methods in the workplace.
The experimental part describes a specific case study methods of developing on the workplace presented by students in the combined bachelor's degree School management.
