Recent trends in epidemiology of gynecological malignancies in Czech Republic: prediction of progress and patients' survival

Abstract
The paper presents up-to-date information on recent trends in epidemiology of gynecological cancers in the Czech Republic and patients' survival. Gynecological malignancies are very heterogeneous group from epidemiological point of view and significantly contribute to the total cancer burden in the Czech population.
Epidemiology of gynecological cancers in the Czech Republic, based on data from the Czech National Cancer Registry, is compared with international data and individual diagnoses are assessed in this context.
