Regression of seborrheic keratosis in a dermoscopic follow-up series

Abstrakt

A 64-year-old woman presented with a pigmented lesion on her right cheek. She was examined for the same lesion 11months earlier.

The lesion had been persisting for many years, but changed in recent months. At he time of excision, the 5-mm flat lesion was present with irregular gray pigmentation and a 15-mm discrete pigmented rim.
