Abstract
Hepatology experiencing lately rapid development relating not only to new treatments and diagnostic options, but also the changing spectrum of patients. After many years earlier, when we were looking intricately news in our field, we are witnessing the precipitous development in several areas.
This applies particularly to hepatitis C when treatment used throughout the decade as more or less unchanging standard is becoming a thing of the past and we are witnessing the development of new drugs, which can mean a complete cure for the vast majority of patients.
