Abstract
Mortal pulpectomy played very important role in dental treatment for many years. Nowadays, its use is less common.
The case report deals with so caled arsenic necrosis, not frequently found lesion at present, as a relatively serious complication of this therapeutic approach. It occures in cases of incorrect application of the agent containing arsenic trioxide for dental pulp devitalization.
