Acquisition of property plant and some of the issues around capital companies

Abstract

Another part of the jurisprudence of the Commission for the application of the new civil legislation provides interpretation of the three issues related to the application of the Civil Code and the Business Corporations Act. The first relates to converting plant and the remaining two are dedicated to the distribution of profits and bonuses in capital companies.
