Abstrakt

The lecture introduces an important, nevertheless quite unknown Jewish weekly Selbstwehr. The magazine Selbstwehr (Prague) was in circulation from the 1st of March 1907 until the 8th of October 1938.

The lecture puts stress on its program and content changes of the first years of its existence.
