Abstract
Aflibercept belongs to the group of inhibitors of vascular endothelial growth factor for intraocular use and is designet to treat the wet form of age-related macular degeneration, macular edema due to central retinal vein occlusion and treat visual impairment caused dy diabetic macular edema.
