Abstract
Possibilities of diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease using chiroptical methods were investigated in this work. Electron circular dichroism (ECD) and the Raman optical activity (ROA), in conjunction with Raman and infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy were applied.
The spectrophotometric analyses were used blood plasma samples of AD patients and healthy individuals. The spectral data were processed using multivariate statistical methods.
