Abstrakt
We compared in the experiment groups of four rabbits was created defect and implanted biomaterial, one group was the control without implant. We evaluated the distribution of bone in the defect which was divided into three compartments - outer, middle, inner.
We also monitored area fraction of osteocalcin in the defect.
