Abstract
The monograph analyses in detail the crucial period in modern history of Kosovo. In years 1958-1969, the Yugoslav governing structures changed in several steps their attitude toward the methods of administration in this province profoundly.
Tito's oligarchic group gradually completely emancipated the local majority Albanian population and gave the administration of this autonomous region in the hands to the officials of Albanian origin.
