Abstract
Dispenzarization of ostomates and continual reeducation of ostomy patients is basal for prevention of complications and it facilitates inclusion in normal life. Ostomy consulting is the main task of ET nurse.
Part of the quality support ostomates is subsequent care in ostomy counselling centre. It assesses not only the state of the stoma and parastomal surroundings, but are accepted individual needs of patients for the take care of their stoma
