Child and nursery school. What should parents know and teachers respect and develop

Abstract

The book systematically describes specifications related to development and education of children younger than 6 years in a family environment as well as with focus on educational practice in nursery schools. This issue is extended by the results of the research aimed at parents on maternity leave as well as the description of effects the indirect support (experiential, material) has on quality of children's games, and by the description of the significant and comprehensive role games play in satisfying needs of children.

Other than that, specific outcomes of preschool period are stated together with child-focused diagnostics, and other alternative programmes in nursery schools.
