Practical experience of PMS in imposition educational measures for juvenile offenders

Abstract

Thema was focused on the practical aspects of the preparation conditions for imposition educational measures and supervision of the performance. In the Act on the juvenile justice are applied educational measures to juvenile offenders in pre-trial and enforcement proceedings.

Thema presents examples of educational measures applied in practice of the Czech Republic with the emphasis on their educational and restorative dimension.
