Abstract
June 20, 2014, the 130th anniversary of the birth of J.H. Schultze, organized by the Working Group for autogenous training first Czech-Slovak conference devoted autogenic training and relaxation techniques called "Autogenous trénink- journey of relaxation and imagination" in the beautiful premises of Academic Club 1st Faculty of Medicine in Faust House in Prague.
Article also introduces the new concept of education within the methods of autogenous training and detail of the individual contributions of the conference participants.
