Abstract

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease caused by hereditary lifelong gluten intolerance and his current single causal therapy is gluten-free diet. Prevalence of celiac disease corresponds to approximately 1% of the population is currently diagnosed only about 15% patients.

The main cause of this condition is a disease phenotype - intestinal symptoms are absent or indistinct, and the diagnosis of celiac disease is often neglected.
